Part of LRTV’s funding comes from area businesses and non-profit organizations who help underwrite specific programming or our Community Message Board.  Their contribution is recognized on our Community Message Board as follows:

For only $ 50 per month, a business can have up to three screens of attractively designed text or graphics including still photo images running on our Community Message Board. Since the Message Board cycles every 15 to 20 minutes during the 18 hours (approximately 11 p.m. to 5 p.m.) that it runs daily on both LRTV channels, this is a great way for a business to get its name and mention of the services or product line it provides before the public.

Non-profit organizations wishing to display information of a general nature (as opposed to announcements of date specific events which are free of charge) pay only $ 30 per month. Church service times, a non-profit organization’s hours of operation and/or phone numbers, etc. would fall into this category of underwriting.

It is also possible for a business or non-profit organization to become an underwriter of a specific program or series such as all the Lake Region Boys Basketball games for one month. The cost of specific program underwriting is typically $50 per month.
