LRTV operates a computer-generated Community Message Board of graphically-highlighted listings of ongoing events of area organizations, local governments, and schools. The Message Board is seen on all LRTV channels whenever live or taped programs are not being shown and cycles approximately every 15 to 20 minutes.

Non-profit organizations, municipal entities and schools located our twelve service communities may submit written copy by mail, e-mail or FAX to announce their date-specific event or meeting for up to two weeks prior to the event.  There is no charge for this service!

Please limit submissions to that which you would typically include on a poster promoting the event. The sooner you get the information to us, the better the chance of it running on the message board for the full two weeks.

Local businesses and non-profit organizations may also become LRTV underwriters by contributing a monthly amount toward our support while receiving special recognition on the message board.
